Terrible service. Arrived after a long flight, no porters, had to drag our bags to reception. Pillows in room were well below standard even for a 3 star hotel. Both sinks in bathroom were blocked. Excellent service and we loved using the hotel bicycles to ride all over Helsinki. The spa is excellent too. I took a Mind/Body class with Evalena which was a combination of yoga, pilates, and ballet. It was a lot of fun and perfect before dinner. The breakfast was included and very good. The location is perfect too.

An excellent hotel but be warned that the wi-fi service is exorbitant. This was the only hotel at which we stayed in Northern Europe, Russia and Poland that did not offer free service. Apparently this is a Starwood policy.

Nice hotel and room. Found communication to be difficult with the front desk regarding a tour. The manager on duty (Vivica) was excellent with getting me on the tour I wanted and it was very last minute too..Literally.
