A pleasant guesthouse in a husky farm. Everything was so nice there: The room, sauna, breakfast, even the northern lights were the best... Outi, the owner, took good care of us. Warmly recommended.

My wife and I stayed here March 2012. The room was simple, clean, warm, comfortable and well maintained. There was a decent en-suite bathroom. Not much in the way of mod-cons, just a small wall mounted TV. See my pics to get an idea.
We had dinner there in the evening. The presentation wasn’t amazing, but that didn’t matter; the...

We stayed here at the end of our 4 night trip principally for some husky sledding. We did the full day trip, covering 66kms over forest, lakes and rivers - awesome.
Very homely set up run by husband and wife team in a purpose built house with rooms for guests (free wifi) and a mini kitchen for guests own use...

One of the best holidays to date! A great kept secret (but not for much longer with these great reviews), in the middle of the forest. We came to experience the Northern Lights and weren't disappointed! We only had to go outside to the back of the house to see fantastic displays. Being outside of town meant very little light...

The Husky guesthouse is about 5 km remote from the village. Therefore there is no disturbing light in the evening to prevent you from spotting the Northern lights. The guesthouse is also a huskyfarm, so if you like to be among the dogs, just walk outside!
For the rest the guesthouse is also ok, it even has a little self...

We've had a great pleasure staying one week with our one year old baby in this 5* traditionally built guesthouse, located in a beautiful place in heart of nature. Outi and her team (Juha-Pekka, the 3 boys and Leah) offered us a so warm welcome and attentive services for our young family needs! We've had one of the most amazing...

Magical. Can only offer our warmest thanks to Outi, her family and Leah for their hospitality and service during our stay. The perfect location for those who want to visit Lapland but avoid the more tacky resorts. We stayed for 3 nights and had every meal served to us by Outi and can only say that the food was outstanding...

We stayed for 5 days at the Guesthouse Husky and I highly recommend it. You'll get a very warm welcome from the lovely owners, a super comfortable traditionally built guesthouse in the most amazing location deep in the forests, and the chance to eat some of the best homemade food you could ever wish for. I was with my wife...

Great Place to "refil your battery", very quiet, everything is clean and Outti (great cooker) make you feel like home from the first moment.
Do not miss the Sauna, the sledge Dog trip and the Auroras (we saw them every night).
Definitively to reccomend and definitively will come back.
