I booked in to Hotel Gothia Towers for a recent conference in Gothenburg. The hotel is obviously designed to cater to large numbers of professionals. It is also half-way through construction! There were 1.5 towers standing in April 2012. There is a neat Lego model construction of the end result in the main lobby worth a look. Although the completed... More

we got a room at first, in the western tower (the old one). It felt really old and nothing like the pictures on the website. So we went down to the reception to complain and got a new room in the newer tower and it was so mutch better. Fresh modern room with a great view over korsvägen.

I lately spent a week at the hotel during an international congress and I can say that the premise is functional, well located and truly business focused. The bar located at the 23rd floor is a nice place to chill out after a day spent in a meeting room.

This is the hotel I prefer when on business in Gothenburg. A large modern business hotel tower adjacent to the Svenska Mässan Exhibition Centre. The location could not be more convenient for the air traveller: if coming by flight, take the airport bus to Gothenburg, get off at Korsvägen (Crossroads!) stop, and cross the street to the hotel. Many attractions... More

This is a very good choice for a short business stay. Staff were efficient, quick, helpful and friendly, at check-in and in the restaurant. English speaking was excellent. The free in-room internet access was fast enough for video (I used the wired service in my room) - but I think the hotel was not very full during my stay. Rooms... More

Great business hotel! Extremely efficient check in and check out. Felt like it took less than 30 seconds each! The breakfast is very good with many choices in a large restaurant that does not seem to get too crowded. It rained outside so we went to the Sky bar on floor 23 for dinner. My collegues had "the best shrimp... More

Stayed 2 nights and liked a lot. Functional hotel, very quiet room and nice view from the 14th floor. Little bit paint on the black marks on the walls and carpet cleaning (wine spot) in the room 1414 and it will be perfect.

Really nice hotel, modern design located not so far away from the main Train station. The room was little bit small but clean, it was at the 14th floor, really nice view of the city. The breakfast was ok, lots of different food, modern structure. Good ratio quality/price. It is ideal for conventi in and meetings since there are lots... More

I stayed for four nights and found everything I needed in terms of the room, bathroom and restaurants. Excellent buffet breakfast with lovely breads, fish, cheeses, fresh fruit and so on. The Heaven 23 restaurant has exceptional modern Scandinavian cuisine and knowledgable servers with views for miles around.... and don't forget to take the direct elevator up to it for... More

The original west tower has classic scandinavian design rooms, well equiped, functional, reasonable size with real wood fittngs and quality furnishings. Great city views from higher floors. Located opposite Liseberg, a walk away from centre of this small city and the trendier hotels there. At 120 euros a night with breakfast great value compared to Stockholm ! Part of a... More
