Stayed in this hotel Xmas 2011 and loved it, staff wonderful and helpful, room beautiful and housekeeping ever day. Stayed in the family room and highly recommend. Loved being so close to the city! Can't wait to go back

Having the worst dinner at a conference that was hard to eat, I tried to order (payed) room service shortly before the closing time. When finally got contact, in between they had closed service. not even the minibar was refilled. The poor night clerk tried his best against lack of service from his collegues.

The room we got was very sterile and uninviting, as was the bathroom. The whole hotel felt a bit like an old hospital with long hallways. Plain boring! Maybe OK for business travellers but not for a vacation. Plus for good location and the room being clean.

I was sleeping here just a few hours during an endurance competition. I came late, took a long hot shower, slept a few hours and left BEFORE breakfast was open. Our room at this hotel met our requirements in terms of adequate space, comfort and value for money and overall, our experience was positive. The breakfast range was extensive, staff friendly and efficient. The hotel is reasonably located to shops, restaurants etc and within a 15 min walk from the train station.

I was in malmo for business and stayed 2 nights in the Scandic Malmo City. Excellent location, will take about 5-10 minutes drive from central station (SEK 65) and also a walkable distance should you feel like it. Great service with left luggage facility.
