The staff really delivered more than expected. Effective, smiling and helpful. Everyone. And coming with a car was just as good. We enjoyed this hotel, which was attractive and fashionably decorated. It was near the Tivoli Gardens and the National Museum, which were two places we wanted to visit. The staff was friendly and respected our privacy. I would recommend this hotel.

All the rooms are referbished and well equipped (altough a shower curtain would be useful), the breakfast is good. The location is ideal, walking distance to Nyhaven, Town Hall and also to Norreport metrostation.

8 of us stayed in 4 rooms for a friends 40th Birthday. We paid a little extra for a bigger room which extremely comfortable and spacious.
