I arrived late and got an upgrade to the 6th floor. Hotel room was really nice, but all I needed was a bed to sleep in. Bed was very comfortable and it was silent. I slept very well. Breakfast the next morning was sub standard. Small selection of food. Coffee was also not very good.

Apparently I have a tendency to find myself in a hotel just next door to a graveyard. First Hotel Europa is just a stone-throw away from church graveyard - and what they bring, peace and calm... I thought this was a good hotel. It had everything I needed for a business trip: it was comfortable, had nice food and useful staff. I asked in advance to have an iron in my room and it was there when I arrived.

Small rooms without noteworthy view. Plain business hotel, would not stay here for pleasure. Breakfast was not good, not much to choose from. Hotel is located about a 15 minute walk from Jomfru Ane Gade and 10 minutes from the main shopping streets. Reception staff on the other hand was very nice and helpful.

As mentioneg, the Name is First, because is the best hotel in Ålborg. Have stayed the numerous times, very close to the harbour area and also very close to City Center and shopping facilities. The main Libery is just across the road if you feel like reading a forreign newspaper, have some papaers scanned or printed. Higly recomendable.

This is a characterless business hotel, with all the advantages (efficient plumbing, adequate breakfast) - and all the disadvantages (small characterless rooms, poor televisions and channel options, thin unsupportive beds) that this implies. Try to get a room at the front of the building, as opposed to one overlooking the entertainment-centre loading bay, where loud trucks and noisy flight cases... More

Good beds, clean, polite staff, great breakfast, great location, good value! This is where I want to stay next time in Aalborg!! Thank you. A littel difficult parking, but it got sorted out. Parking is not included, but not expensive.
