Although the hotel is new and the staff have the best of intentions to serve you, they tried to cram too many rooms in too little space. The rooms are horribly small.

Overall nice hotel with excellent helpful staff and nice breakfast spread. Rooms were fairly new and nicely decorated.The Junior suite we were in felt bare and an afterthought.We switched to a regular double room which was far more comfortable. Lots of families. Modern,clean and comfortable hotel. A great solution to stay during a visit to Ioannina. It is a 5-10 minutes distance by car to the city center. Very kind owners and staff. Exactly next to the cave the most important local tourist attraction. I recommend it for holidays and for business travels.

Excellent hotel,nice rooms and exceptional service! Beautifully decorated and equipped with everyhing you need. The only thing I didn't like is the area but it 's close to the city of Ioannina so it doesn't matter...Near the hotel is the cave of Perama which is worth a visit.We enjoyed the hotel and would recommend it to anyone.
