The air condition was out of service and had a lick.. No room service and also the refrigerator was out of service! No soundproof could hear the guests walking around all night.

I spent three nights in this hotel, and it was the best of the three hotels that I stayed in on Crete during a one week period. Very modern, with nice spacious, well-lit rooms. This is a quite average hotel. The breakfast was very average, too. The service during breakfast is the worst that I have seen!

We stayed at the Olympic Palladium Hotel in June 2010. The Hotel was excellent value for money, although evening meals weren't very good. I would suggest only book B&B. Hotel was fully renovated in June 2009, so now it is modern and very nice. The location is great (it is a bit noisy but it did'n bothered us that much - you can close the windows and turn on the air-condition so you won't hear anything). The staff is pleasant and helpful. Food is really OK. I recommend it.

The hotel is ideally placed just a few minutes walk away from the narrows streets of the Old Town. It is noisy, but as you are in a city you expect this!! We had earplugs so slept OK!!
