I shared a room with my brother and his wife, the room was huge very comfortable and adequately furnished. Only complaint was the shower it was a bit small. Anatasia was a lovely person as was her mother they were helpful and friendly at all times. Breakfast was superb. The location was fantastic only minutes from some beautiful little laneways,... More

Four of us chose this hotel on the basis of its superb location in the old town and being a period converted house. The staff, starting with the wonderful Anastasia, were friendly and helpful, sorting out taxis, laundry, restaurant recommendations etc. The rooms are of a reasonable size, charming and with comfortable beds. The outside street can get a bit... More

Palazzo met our expectations. The rooms are small, but very clean. The shower I barely fit in. Those are the only minuses but this is a value hotel with a great location, sorta of like being in the Plaka in Athens with everything within a 10 minute walk. The hotel is an old renovated home or mansion in those days... More

We stayed here after looking on the website. We were given ground floor rooms that were very grim. No one told us that the windows had to be locked to operate the air conditioning with the result that we spent our first night tossing and turning in the August heat with noise from a piano bar going until 3am. No... More

We stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. Our room overlooked the nicest part of Chania, a narrow street just back from the northwest corner of the harbor. The breakfast was the best we had at a hotel while in Greece, and the staff was very friendly. As stated to rooms overlook one of the narrow, primarily pedestrian streets... More

If you're looking for posh and plush, you won't find it here (and why would you want that anyway? You're on vacation - you don't need to be in your room except to sleep)! But what you will find, are wonderful people, who bent over backwards to help us with whatever we needed. The rooms were astonishingly clean and our... More

The location of the hotel is perfect. Very near to the old Venetian part of Chania and a few minutes walk away from the center of the town. The rooms were simple and very clean with lovely view to the Aegean sea.The breakfast was good .The staff was very friendly and helpful! More

It was located in a pedestrian walking area of Old Town in Chania. It was $75-$80 a night which was reasonable for the location. You parked your car a couple of blocks away at a public park (Free). You could walk the whole Old Town area and not need a car for anything. The hotel provided a deluxe continental breakfast... More

We stayed for just one night in April while touring about the island. Walk up price 60 euros for a double with breakfast, so considerably more than we payed in rural Crete, but reasonable for a place like this in Chania. The room was very spacious and gracious, with old dark wood furniture, and a small balcony onto the street... More
