A clean and centrally located hotel (next door to the bus station). The decor is slightly outdated (I would guess that it has not been refurbished for 15 years or so). It's an old hotel but it is very very clean.Every day the cleaning ladies did a very good job. The breakfast had variety and is was good. The location of the hotel is excellent. Close to the sea, to the center of the city and to the bus station.

Right down town, easy to find, very good room, easy to get anywhere, clean room and bathroom, excellent breakfast with lots of choices, good prices for the value and lower prices if booked in advance. The hotel is located in the city center. The rooms are small and not renovated. The hotel has a parking place and its for free.

We stayed there for 5 nights during our Crete trip: the staff is helpful and nice, they give very good advice, breakfast is probably the best in Crete. To stay close to the old city I would go there again anytime. They made us a lunch box for the Samaria gorge trip (highly recommended, btw)!

This place is pretty expensive by Chania standards but the only thing it has going for it is that it is next door to the bus station. Our room was fairly tacky and smelt like it had been the scene of a chain smokers' convention. The hotel couldn't or wouldn't give us another room.
