Small complex in small village on the south coast of the island, about an hour's dirve from Heraklion and 15 minutes from Mires. Room was fairly basic but clean. Very cosy setting though. Stayed here 4 nights during a 2-week tour of Crete. Wish we had spent the whole 2 weeks here! Simple but new and clean, spacious studio with lovely terrace beside the pool. We were mean't to be staying in Matala but were not happy with aspects of our accommodation. We relocated 3 miles inland to the village of Pitsida, on the main road to Matala.
