We are an older couple and stayed three nights in this hotel. We found the staff to be, without exception, thoroughly professional and welcoming. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and everything worked. Breakfast was individually served and more than sufficient to set us up for a day's sight-seeing. Transport to Athens central is close-by and convenient. The neighbourhood... More

Arriving in Athens with some nervousness about what we would find the hospitality here was overwhelming. Reception helped us sort out our hire car by ringing the company for us and organising a better pick up point- all for no charge. THe room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast excellent. It is a short walk from the nearest station,... More

I stayed for 2 nights after election day in Athens. I registered for a pre-paid, non-refundable, small double room to get a good price. Much to my surprise, I was given a much larger room at the same price ...as a welcome benefit. Cool. Rooms are very clean, furniture is new, the jacuzzi is great... but please, spend a few... More

We approached the hotel from Victoria station on foot and as soon as we entered the hotel were pleasantly surprised by the lobby. The decor, tidiness and air conditioning were soothing. At the reception we met Petros. Extremely helpful staff gave us room upgrade and check-in was 5 mins. The room was again above our expectations- spacious for a couple,... More

If you ignore the state of the surrounding neighbourhood, this hotel is high quality. Within walking distance of the tourist sites, two metro stations 5min walkway, and very helpful staff, there isn't much else to ask for...the jacuzzi bath is a nice luxury touch. The hotel must have been quiet so they upgraded us to one of the better rooms... More

We chose this for a few reasons: 1. It was in a different neighborhood from where we stayed the last time. (Something new.) 2. Price. 3. Free Internet. 4. Close to National Museum. The people were nice enough and the hotel is clean and recently renovated. The Internet doesn't work reliably in this hotel no matter what you do. If... More

I just love this hotel and for the price its quite a bargain. Central location. Outstanding service and rooms. The neighbourhood is OK but contrary to popular advice, it is definitely not dangerous. I felt far more unsafe in Omonia Squareg

Just returned from Greece. Used this hotel as a stopover to islands - because of convenience to metro for Pireaus and airport, but it definitely suits for longer stays. Modern and well kept facilities, good location, quite reasonable prices ( we paid 50 euro for double) and great service , both before ( quick mail responses ) and during the... More

I was worried when a Greek cop on my plane trip to Athens said "Oh no!" when I told him the nearest metro stop to my hotel was Victoria. "It's one of the city's worst parts of town," he said. "Lots of drugs and crime." So I took a suburban train from the airport and stopped in the next neighborhood... More
