We stayed here even though we were a little concerned about the reviews about it being in a dodgy location. The location ended up being fine - Athens has some dodgy areas but if you take the metro into town you'll avoid any problems rather than just walking from the hotel. Rooms were spotless and modern, staff were very helpful and even ordered us a take-away. Location would have been better if the subway was in order but even so we just walked into the centre which only takes 30 mins. A beautiful hotel, close to the park and a subway station, and a great breakfast, great selection of dishes. The room is small but cozy. Flooring in the bathroom with heating. But Athens did not like.

The hotel is perfectly located, 5 minutes to the metro, so very easy to get to main tourist attractions. The rooms are practical, nicely decorated, clean and quite spacious.The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Definitely recommended: great location, good value for money and professional staff.
