This hotel is right in the center of the city, very close to the main attractions. The room was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The room could be bigger and more sound proof.

Hotel is perfectly located, few minutes away from Ribeira, plenty good places to have a tasty snack&drink. Easy access to all main attractions
Light breakfast in the morning. We had a wake up call very early on departure and breakfast was provided at the bar.
Multilingual Staff. Rooms clean but quiet tiny with a poor view at the back but...

I stay here every time I go to Porto. The location is great. Walk out the front door to the Avenida dos Aliados, right in the city center. Restaurants, cafes, shops Metro and buses. This is not a modern hotel. The only downfall is that you have to carry your luggage up or down one set of stairs to or...

I was in Porto just for 3 nights and booked Residencial online paying only 85 euros for the whole stay with breakfast. The hotel is located within minutes from Trindade station from where a train takes you to the airport. I was quite pleased with the lobby, although the room was horrible. At first, I wanted to check out but...

little correction to the customer review: we don't have rooms with shared bathroom, what we have is some bathrooms on the corridors for use of guests after check out. toiletries aren't available on room, but may be request for free on the reception.

Very friendly staff on arrival. It is in a great location as it is near the metro and on the main square! The room was really small but clean and the bed was comfortable. Although it is clean, the colour scheme leaves much to be desired and there are plumbing pipes in the roof of the bathroom that is clearly...

This hotel is fine for a short stay - good value for money, central location. Rooms are clean with a/c, breakfast was basic but fine, staff were quite helpful - WiFi avaliable but there is a charge for it. Easy walk from the train station with luggage. Solid choice.
We stayed in this hotel for only one night, and would have stayed longer had we not had to change cities. It is a great place to stay, considering the price. They were doing some works on our floor, but our room was clean, our bathroom shiny and the girl at the reception very nice. Breakfast was VERY basic, but...

The best part of this residencial is the location on the main square of Porto. The staff members that we encountered at the desk were extremely helpful and gave excellent restaurant recommendations. Unfortunately, as it states in other reviews, the room was strange-smelling and the bathroom was mouldy (we were in the cheaper rooms at the back). It's an ok...

The wrongest part of this hotel is the entry: you need to walk stairs to the first floor, where the reception is located, which is not funny when you have bagage and/or children...
However, this hotel is recent modernest and looks now ok: the rooms are comfortabel and have airco and a bathroom, which is also ok.
Breakfast is included...

We stayed for 4 nights and although we found the staff and the location excellent the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The bathroom was clean however there was mould all up the shower curtain. The bed was uncomfortable and the blanket had hair on it as well as unidentified browns stains but the worst was the dried up...
