This hotel have a great location, near by everything metro station, aliados, churches. Very helpful staff, the rooms are big and charming, its a old hotel! The breakfast room is too small, not comfortable..

I have been using this residencia/hotel since 1984. I have always found it to be good value. I have recently been stopping in the terrace rooms. They are a bit on the small side, but you do have access to the terrace (which other guests do not). Staff are very friendly, especially Dave (who used to be steward on Ryanair).... More

Stayed here on a 4 day birthday break. Good location for the old city and plenty of bars/restaurants nearby. Clean, comfortable, good sized room with aircon/heating. Breakfast was OK, got boring at the end. Towels a bit thin and small. But we weren't expecting 5*, so it was as expected for a Residencial.

The attractions are the art deco building with its magnificent staircase and attractive lounge and the top floor balcony views (rooms here I am led to believe are more expensive). Rooms and bathrooms are small but adequate for a short break - two nights' maximum I'd say.

We had reserved 2 rooms for or our family in this hotel because it is well located, just at 200 m from the city hall. The location is the only positive point of this hotel. Impossible to stop the car near the hotel during the time you unload your luggage and you check in. The car park is very close... More

We stayed here for 3 nights with a small group of friends. Allocation of rooms took ages but we were offered a choice and went for an adequate if rather old fashioned room looking onto the inner well to avoid any noise. The whole set up is 3 floors of rooms , 4th, 5th and 6th of a 30s apartment... More

We selected this residencial for its location and price and were very satisfied. We occupied a small suite on the 6th floor with access to a large, but shared terrace. The rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but the room gets cramped by 9 am. Would not hesitate to return.

The bathroom was dirty and the clerk at the reception desk promised to immediately send somebody to clean it. After he asked us whether it was clean afterwards and we told him, that there was no notable change, he told us that it will be cleaned again. Unfortunately it was still quite dirty after the second try. Noticing that the... More
