Arrived Sunday late lunchtime after struggling up the very steep streets dragging luggage, having taken a couple of wrong turns!!! What a relief to be welcomed with a smile and a genuine interest in who we were together with a welcoming glass of Port! The accommodation is surprisingly deceptive...double storey, with comfy beds, plenty of hot water, a well stocked... More

Since this was my first time ever traveling to Portugal, I wasn't sure what to expect regarding accommodations. The location was perfect, customer service impeccable and the apartments are stylishly decorated, very spacious and well maintained. In fact, I wanted to skip visiting the other parts of Portugal and stay longer, but the hotel was booked. The hotel is on... More

A little difficult to find right in the centre of the lovely old part of Porto and close to attractions and the river is only a 5 mins walk down 10 back. The studio double room was large and extremely comfortable and immaculate with its own separate kitchen and bathroom. what really made the stay was the friendliness and helpfulness... More

The apartments are pretty good. the bedroom and bathroom were great and very quiet. The kitchen was quite tiny, but reasonably well fitted out with appliances. The dining table was very small. the drive in was very interestng - you probably would not want to try it without either satnav or Google Maps - and would strongly recommend for small... More

Wonderful place to stay in Porto. Location may be tricky at first, but it's just 2 minute walking from the main attractions, a safe area. We stayed in the room V2, duplex of around 70m2, with a wonderful view of the Cathedral and a quiet patio. The staff was very helpful and we went for all of their suggestions. Thay... More

This is a pretty hotel with a very very nice and kind staff. The rooms are big and confortable, with equipped kitchen, but there's no lift. Breakfast is simple and the breakfast room is a littles tiny, but at all, it's a very good experience for the price.

Everything was perfect in this hotel. the service from Patricia and her good recommendations of things to do and where to eat, the nice breakfast served in the room at no extra cost, the beautiful room, the location. If it is within your budget, go for this hotel, you will not regret it. If you go by car, just try... More

The hotel is really great, with modern and spacious rooms and very friendly staff. When they open the additional facilities and new room it will be the best location to stay in Porto by far. Great views of the cathedral!

We have stayed in Vitoria Village twice (after a hard day's travelling it's a delight), and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The staff are really friendly and the glass of port as we arrived is a nice touch. (The taxi driver couldn't find the hotel from the airport - luckily my wife remembered the way!!). This place is real oasis of... More

When we arrived at Vitoria Village we were greeted by an enthusiastic woman who directed our car into the (tiny) elevator to the lower level parking. She then poured us a small glass of Port as a welcome and proceeded to tell us all about her wonderful city, using a map, historical references and spouting tips by the dozens. We... More
