Very friendly staff. The location was amazing almost right across the street from the Trindade subway stop. Located right in the city with great walking distance to everything. Nice, clean rooms. Free and fast wifi in the room. Great breakfast, lots of fruit and variety.

This hotel is not a bad choice. The location is fine, close to the Avenida dos Aliados. I don't know how this hotel is rated with 4 stars. 3 stars would be more than enough. But i would stay there again if the price is right.
