We had a lovely time at the Pestana Bay. On the whole the service was excellent (Thanks Irene) although a couple of the staff were grumpy! We stayed in hotel for 1 week in September and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday there. Food was varied and plentiful, hotel clean and rooms spacious. Only disappointment was the location. The surrounding area on the land side was anything but picturesque, but once inside the hotel that could be forgotton. There were however, magnificant views on the sea side.
