In short: Great location, Food Ok, Room outdated and hugely in need of modernisation (Wasn't too keen on the little bugs crawling on the floor in the bathroom, however cleaned well daily. I stayed there for a stag do so wasn't particularly expecting the ritz, if you can deal with that and want to be conveniently located for the local... More

Having gone to Milan last year for my stag do, my friend (who organised my stag) wanted to do a similar thing for his. So on Saturday 31st March, 10 of us headed out to Lisbon, Portugal. With a full itenary of activities planned, including the Benfica vs Braga game at Estádio da Luz and a Segway tour, we wanted... More

The short version of this review: avoid this hotel if you can. We booked two single rooms through a German travel agency because it is located close to the center. Unfortunately, the center is nearly dead after the closure of the shops. Anyway, it can be easily reached with the airport bus and many tourist highlights are within walking distance... More

Great location, flat in the middle of a great walking area. The room was small by American standards, but very comfortable and clean. Staff was indifferent. Neither friendly nor rude, just doing their job. Rated 3 instead of 4 because they charge for the internet. Other hotels we used thru out our vacation in this price range didn't charge for... More

My friends and I stayed 2 nights before leaving to drive around Portugal. I was on the second floor an it was saturday night so it was a little noisy. The juice from the machine tasted like tang. The room had kind of a Lysol smell. I wish the room had a tiny fridge. I got a pretty good internet... More

The staff were obliging but when asked if hairdryers were supplied, I was met with a blank stare. The breakfast was not short of a bun fight with people grabbing trays, rolls croissants and drinks in a tiny narrow room. The fruit looked as though it had been picked from the orchard floor and looked second rate. The dining area... More

It is a very good location - on the pedestrian street, closed to the centre of Lisbon, where there are a lot of small terraces with very good services and not very expensive, disco, Fado restaurants, lot of shops, underground, tram, busses. Very closed from Praca do Commercio - from where you cam take a bus to Jeronimos and Belem... More

This was a good value for what we needed- a room with three beds in an excellent location. We were in Lisboa for just one night, and this worked out well. The location couldn't be better, it's in the center of everything, but also very safe, and it's within walking distance to the Bairro Alto, which was where we planned... More

Our first impressions were not good, we arrived at our room and the room had not been cleaned since the last people slept there. Having said that we informed reception and they were prepared to give us another room for the night or a room at another local hotel. We decided to stay in the cheaper room and actually kept... More
