Very well located, you can touch the Sé, very good price BUT the rooms are really run down. Facilities are in very bad condition, especially the bathroom. I would not recommend this place unless you have a very tight budget.

Charming guesthouse with large, high-ceilinged rooms, in a good location (behind the cathedral, making it easy to direct taxi drivers, and on a tram route). Excellent value for money. Very clean. Not all reception staff speak English - afternoons and evenings are better.
