Ceiling of room is very high so you have a cathedral effect, i.e. noise is amplified, you hear noise from nearby rooms almost as if it was in your own room. We had an enjoyable 3 night stay here. Staff very helpful and friendly, room comfortable and clean and reasonably quiet. Breakfast adequate for the price. Close to Gulbenkian Museum (well worth a visit) and the Metro.

I was treated extremely disrespectful and unprofessionally by a senior staff member at the reception. Never ever have I been treated so rude in a hotel. Cleaning lady also skipped my room one day for no apparent reason. Next time I'll take my business elsewhere.
