Check in was fast; the staff helpful & friendly - spoke good english. The rooms are very clean and the bedding is heavenly. There was a complimentary plate of fresh fruit & bottled water in our room. The view from our balcony was very nice. Great hot breakfast, yummy coffee and we really enjoyed the executive bar reception every night.

The location of the Hotel is not good for people who like walking. But taxi is so cheap. For 6-8 euro you can reach anywhere you want. Breakfast is average, nothing special, coffee is below average. Check in time took more than 30 minutes, they try to exclude the breakfast that I already paid for in booking.com. Very bad and poor In room TV system, Telephone system is so bad, food is below average. Staff is trying hard to overcome the hotel problems.

Clean and large rooms with bathrooms. Fast elevators. Great breakfast buffet! Pool was closed. Free ice machines on each floor. Spa area not checked. Bar in a corner of the lobby - would have been nice if it had been cloed off a bit.
