The hotel was very nice as was the staff. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk down to the Anjos Metro station. The only problem I had with the hotel is that the room was very small, about a meter on both sides of the bed and that's it.

This is a well kept hotel situated next to the hospital area which is a good reference point in Lisbon. The rooms are new with good bathroom fixtures, and clean as well, although not very spacious. We stayed here in February and loved everything about the hotel. Plenty of space in the room, comfy bed, bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was wonderful! Cannot say enough about the staff; so friendly and helpful. We are hoping to return to Lisbon and would definitely stay here again!

Stayed 5 nights in Hotel Neya with friends. Little out of centre but easy bus or metro ride. Get a Via Viagram card to use on metro, bus and train for good value. We stayed here for 4 nights during our Lisbon visit. Loved everything about it. Perfect location, quiet area, wonderful food, great bar. The rooms were so comfortable. The breakfast buffet, which is included in the price, is fantastic! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
