These apartment are jaw-droppingly decorated, clean and well furnished. Juan, who was out contact for our stay, went out of his way to help us, even when our bikes, being couriered from another part of portugal, caused him no end of grief. Its an easy walk into town. There really can't be any better place to stay in Lisbon.

As others have said, these well-situated apartments (only three, on the first floor of historic building) are a real treat. We have just returned from our four night break in the Mercador, the appartment was stunning, the bed and pillows were to dye for ! the fridge was full of goodies, the service from both guys were top class. This was a perfect location, would not hesitate to reccomend.

We stayed in Mercador Suites for 3 nights. The location is excellent, everything is very close and it is really quite. Excellent location, quiet location but very near to everything, spotlessly clean, large comfortable bed. We also had free late check out as room was available. Perfect. We stayed in the Mercador for a long weekend and we were fully satisfied. Large suite with fully equipped kitchen, two nice bathrooms, great bed, quiet location but close to the center. Everything was perfect. And the best, the helpful service. They gave us late check out for free as the room was not occupied the following day. Great place.
