This hotel tries hard and you can tell. The staff are helpful and the rooms are lean and comfortable. Nothing is a problem and you feel very well looked after. I was required to extend my stay at the last minute, I moved here from the Sofitel and was just as happy. Beautiful city, beautiful people.

love everything bout this hotel. spacious and clean room spc the bed. great breakfast, good location (the hop bus is right in front of the hotel), nice staff.

The hotel is in a good area of Lisbon. Right outside the door is the bus stop (that can take you directly to the airport) and metro (about 100-200 meters away). There's wifi and computers in the lobby to use all for free. I would def stay here again.

Excellent room, very atentive personnel, The only inconvenience for leisure travellers like us, is that it is not within walking distance from the main historical attractions. Would certainlly recommend and go back. Elvira/Luiz

The hotel has basically the Novotel-Standard, which is one of the reasons to select it travelling with kids ! We spent 3 nights here with friends for New Years Eve. Booked via Airmiles and used points. Took a cab from the airport - 20 euro and approx 15 minutes. Fast check in. Good english spoken by all saff. 3 fast lifts. We stayed on the 5th floor. I think there were 11 floors. Considering you are directly under airport... More

É a terceira vez que me hospedo no Novotel e a minha satisfação é ver que cada vez está melhor. O pessoal na Recepção está melhor treinado e, sempre, com um sorriso nos atendem com presteza. Os quartos continuam bem mantidos, com limpeza e conforto. É uma satisfação retornar e recomendar este hotel.
