I have stayed several times in this hotel, so there were no surprises.
The hotel is modern, rooms are nice and comfortable.
The location is ideal, just off one of the central avenues of Lisbon , but not on the avenue itself sparing you the noise of the incessant traffic.

If you want a decent and well located hotel in Lisbon, this may be a good choice. Rooms are small but functually, parking lot is very expensive, and staff could be more helpful. I could not get a bottle of water after 11pm.

Standard rooms are modern, nicely decorated, but...

Our room was clean and comfortable though we had to live out of suitcases for the week, as there are no drawers in...

The entrance of the hotel was not very appealling since its in an alley and not motivating but ok.
When you get into the room it looks nice but soon you realize that the maintenance is very weak. All full of scratches and everything was scruffy. Simply not maintained but ok, you could sleep there.
The fun part came when...
