The hotel itself is nice - basic, clean and modern and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It is the neighbourhood that lets this place down. The hotel is located right next door to a homeless/drug shelter. Did not feel safe at all - did not and would not go walking around the streets at night time.

The accomodation is perfect for a 3 star hotel!Spotless cleanliness everywhere. Large sunny windows,newly furbished rooms,brand new telly and nice and cosy bed. You're walk distance from the tram wich is could take you to the town. Nice and delicious food served at the restaurant. You could get anything you wish.

The room was quite basic, but it was always kept very clean. Two of the lights in the room didn't work and the hairdryer was broken. its quite close to center,just after 3metro stations to rossio on green line. its clean and cheap! it has a nice terras on the top 7th floor. They are very friendly. U will love it................,..............

There is nothing complicated to say about: it's clean, it's cheap, the rooms are new, it s located in the center of the city 5 minutes from martim moniz square (where you take the famous tram 28 to visit alfama) , and 10 minutes from the famous bairro alto. Reserve a room!
