The hotel is located in an area convenient for visiting the city centre on foot. Easily reached by metro from the airport the hotel enterance is only a few yards from Anjos station. (No escalators or lifts). The hotel is clean and staff both friendl;y and helpful. There is a luggage lift from street level down to reception on lower ground... More

This is a good basic hotel which is clean but doesn't offer a lot of luxury. The employees are pleasant and helpful, which is worth a lot; there is ample hot water (and the shower faucets are idiot-proof, so there is no getting a freezing start); soap and shampoo are provided; and breakfast is unimaginative but perfectly adequate (cold cheese... We mainly chose this hotel because of the superlative reviews here. Those are overstatements. This is a fine accomodation for the price. The location is perfect for getting around the city (the entrance is really just next to the metro exit), but there are some bad face guys around (they meant no problem but we didn't wandered by feet by... Stayed there at the beginning of 2013 for 4 nights. It's located right outside Anjos metro station, in a dead part of the city (not much opened - closest supermarket Pingo doce 1 station away). Room was small and basic, we had asked for a double bed but ended up having two single beds (try it, it's fun :-( Breakfast... More

Located right outside Anjos Metro, though it is 2 Metro stop away from Rossio square, it's definitely within walking distance. The hotel is located in a little rougher area, but we didn't feel unsafe. There are some nice restaurants nearby. The rooms itself were small, but had everything we needed. Breakfast was sufficient.

The hotel is located next to the Anjos metro station, but you can reach the center of the city on foot. It is just 15 minutes walk until Rossio. The staff was really kind, the rooms were clean and well equipped, and the breakfast was delicious!!

Very good hotel! Only has 2 stars, should have 3 stars! We asked for a babybed (park), which was already on our room when we checked in. Taxi from airport to hotel: 15-20 euro. Pro: - Very competent and friendly staff - Price Contra: - Walls not very isolating. Overall, certainly a recommended hotel for young families!

This hotel has only 2 stars but I would give it 3. It was a pleasant surprise - its door opens to an entrance of a metro station which is extremely convenient. Since the hotel has no parking places, most of its guests probably need to use public transport, therefore the location is really good. We had a double room.... More

I chose this hotel for it's convenient location in terms or getting to and from the airport and also to the main sights. The Anjos metro station is located just in front of the hotel. All the staff are friendly and my room was the perfect size and comfortable. I was on the 2nd floor, street facing, but I didn't have...
