Rooms are simple, but clean. Beds were a bit hard for my taste. Loved the restaurant, the grilled chicken is just wonderful! Nice staff. Internet was not included, that was a minus. Didnt try the pool, we were there off season. Good hotel for a good price.

Lovely building when you arrive decor a bit disappointing but the place really grows on you.Silvio,Rickardo,Carlos and Pedro and all the staff were amazing and always greeted you with a smile. The pool is fantastic and we ate in the restaurant on six occasions and enjoyed it immensely

This hotel provides a good quality for the price. Don't expect luxury. I know the place for almost 15 years and indeed, it has not changed much. Excellent, friendly service from all the staff. The hotel has a very Portuguese feel but with lots of personal help and advice from its British owner. We booked a superior double room with balcony over the main entrance (for two weeks). It was clean and comfortable and we appreciated the air conditioning during the hot June weather. Just returned from a 5 day stay with a group of 12 golfers, staff could not have been more helpful and cooperative. Every request was greeted with a smile and immediate action. Food good.
