arrived in town without a reservation and paid 39 euros for a 1 bedroom apartment overlooking the sea. (not sure if all apartments are this size or not). remarkable value considering that the mercure next door wanted 71 euros for a seaview room. this isn't the ritz - and it was low/shoulder season - but it was comfortable, quiet and...
