The best part of our trip to Coimbra. Staff was very helpful and attentive, the gardens were beautiful, and dinner at the restaurant was the best meal we had in Portugal.

Let's start with the staff, very professional and provides an excellent service (10+)! The room we stayed (SPA room) has a nice size and nice view, bathroom is okay but everything is outdated and needs a better maintenance. It's a little disappointed for a Relais & Chateaux hotel. Just in time they have no Wi-Fi in the rooms.
