That's what we called in Italy "gestione familiare". An old woman at the reception, which speaks only portughish but tries to make you understand. Our room was bigger than expected, good position to see the center of Coimbra, great view on the square. A good place to spend 1 night!

A great little hotel in a fantastic location. Some rooms small but all clean and tidy. Rooms, at the front have great views over the river and the square. Located over shops - the stairs could be a problem! No parking at the hotel but free parking over the bridge and pay parking on the other side of the square.... More
