One of the best 3* hotel I've been. Staff is OK. Rooms have cable TV (very few channels) and AC. The rooms are cleaned every day and the towels changed if you wish so.
Hotel is located in a calm residential area about 15/20 minutes from the center (walking).

The greeting at the Jardim Hotel was very poor with a particular morning recptionist ignoring us whilst we stood at reception waiting to be dealt with whilst she carried on with her work. She told us we were too early and did not offer any assistance.
