Spent six nights here and found it sufficient for our needs. Location is great, with only a brief walk to the harbour. I was billed twice due to a failure in the reservation system. The hotel refuses responsability and did not react to my calls or emails. I had to enforce action through best wester. Six friends on an annual trip away - this year to Faro for 3 nights. Hotel was great value for money. Within 10 minutes walk of pretty much everywhere in Faro, breakfasts were fine with excellent fresh coffee which was constantly replenished.
