We stayed here 'Perola do Algarve' in October 2012 this holiday was sold to us as a 4star, what a dire place this was. Regards to cleanliness, food and the general state of the hotel. We made a complaint to the holiday company and they insist their holiday is of 4star standard and completely contradicts everything everyone is saying here!!

Me and my partner stayed in this hotel in august 2012 with my two young children and it was horrible and dirty with really bad food. I felt totally ripped off by barhead travel who sent us there. I would not recommend anyone stay here.

Thank goodness this hotel has now closed ! We booked for four days and upon arrival we were told it was closing down for good within a week. I would advise everyone who stayed to claim for compensation from your operators as this hotel was not four star which is what you payed for. I agree with every comment made.... More

Just returned from a holiday at this hotel and it was dire. The minute we arrived everybody was complaining then we found out for ourself. Food was disgusting and cold, and hardly any of it. This hotel is absolutely terrible, food was terrible we had to eat out every night although we were All Inclusive!!! Our apartment was like something out of the ark!!!
