Stayed there for just one night on a Trafalgar Tour and one night was more than enough. The decor is 'old'. The room we stayed in was small, with very firm beds and other basic furniture. The breakfast was adequate but all in all the experience was somewhat depressing. On the positive side there's two supermarkets within walking distance.

the city center is 10 min far to walk. Free public car parking is under the hotel. The breakfast room is at last floor and there you can see a good city view.

This place is a testament to how the star system is vastly overrated. Old, shabby and with hard beds (why not just sleep on the floor?) There is very little interesting or charming about this place. It's just there. Make sure you get a good rate. More than 40 euros is a rip off.

Room and breakfast were ok, but I would rather rate them 3 star instead the official 4 star rating of the hotel. NO free WIFI, it was charged 3 euros/hour (ie. 72 euros a day). Good location just outside of the walls of the old town.

The hotel is very nice but a bit far from the city center. Although a 4 star hotel it didn't have the mini-bars installed and TV channel selection was poor. The hotel was nicely decorated with antiques and it has a great restaurant in the basement with a nice wine selection, good food, and great atmosphere.
