Everything was spot on, from the comfy bed to the great breakfast, to the linen and decor and of course Charlotte, our friendly hostess, who makes a mean scrambled eggs.

Absolutely loved this B&B. It was like having your own house in Ypres. Beautifully renovated with good size rooms and excellent shower room. The continental breakfast was absolutely superb and only 2 mins from the shops, bars and restaurants of Ypres. If only all B&B could be like Charlotte's.

Convenient location in quiet street. Rooms superb - clean, spacious & well designed. Access to kitchen facilities for tea, coffee & cooking if required. Very genial and welcoming hosts - nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend and would return!

Gorgeous newly renovated house with 3 guest rooms. Located only 100m from the centre of Ypres. Welcoming host and fantastic breakfast. Highly recommend it for a couple or a group of friends travelling together.
