We couldn't fault anything about our Four night stay, our room was very spacious and comfortable and the staff went out of there way to please.

Stayed over Christmas 2008 with coach company. Was very disappointed because under new ownership. The friendlyness of the staff was not there anymore. The breakfast was okay but the evening meals were terrible. The lift broke down three times during our visit. On the morning of departure we had to carry our cases down from the fifth floor. I'm ver surprised to read a review like the one of 18 July. Please let me feel free to say that this group was very happy with ther stay.
