hotel couldnt handle half board meals took up to an hour to serve only thirty four on coach including driver staff were good apart from barman/manager who was very condescending and took on board complaints then ignored them room large enough not the cleanest terrace untidy /dangerous

This is in a dirty side street with litter & dog mess. Also noisy, especially overnight. Bedrooms are just about adequate, provided you only want to sleep in them. Not much room. Reading some of the reviews on here made me think of cancelling, BUT, glad we didnt, the breakfast, room and general accomodation were all adequate for the price, the location is very good, and staff friendly, we would probably stay here again, yes we have stayed in better hotels, but they would cost a lot more, sometimes I think people... Got a front room - better than the onesfuther back, but VERY noisy from the street. Moved further back, room scruffy but ok for what we wanted 2 cheap nights in Oostende on business. Would stay here again, breafast adequate.
