We had a wonderful stay at Hotel t'Keizershof. It was our first stay in Europe and we were not disappointed! The best thing about this Hotel is the location. Very close to the main train station and about a 5 minute walk to the main strip of shops & another 5 to the Markt square. Breakfast was included in the... More

The room was not fancy but very clean, quiet and comfort, heater was working very well, and there is NO pub at the downstairs ( the earlier review mentioned about the pub, but there was no pub at the building) the hotel is strictly NO smoking allowed,so the rooms and the public areas are maintaining very well. The free WiFi was... More

The hosts (Hilde & Stefaan) are very nice and kind. They gave us a booklet telling us how to get to the center and suggesting us to go to the garden for a walk in the morning. We also asked for advice on restaurant for dinner. They would suggest not to go to those for tourists and recommend one for... More

the rooms are not clean, the furniture is old and it smells not good in the rooms. Only one toilet for 7-8 people... If you travel with your girl-friend you will get home alone. The price for one room was 45 Euro, this is highly too much for this standard! The heating was not working, so it was very cold... More

The location is great, very close to train station. Room is not extremely clean but acceptable. My room was right above bar so it was a bit noisy. Breakfast was good too.

This hotel was a real find, thanks to the Lonely PLanet. For 45 euro a night you really couldnt go wrong. It was very clean, rooms were nicely presented and even not having a ensuite bathroom did not bother us too much. Hosts couldnt have been nicer and more helpfull. Breakfast was a variety of breads with different spreads, lovely.Location... More

Location could not be better for easy walking to museum sector, Dam Square, and excellent cheap restaurants, and transport. Very clean, comfortable and homely with a breakfast that set us up for the day. Host Mary and family were obliging, attentive and friendly

The hotel was all it was promised to be: clean, quiet, well-situated, inexpensive, with a fabulous breakfast. However, one must know that this is not a large commercial operation and if you want the standard hotel experience it is better to go to a hotel chain. This is a family business with all the positives and negatives. The positives being... More

This hotel is superb value family run business. Rooms are clean and tidy- friendly hosts and excellent location. I would completely disregard 'spacejovi' s comments as he clearly does not understand that businesses with low overheads do need to be able to ensure rooms are filled when people plan to arrive late. If you do chose to stay at this... More

I had a very bad experience with the hotel. Guests who plan to arrive after 14 o'clock are asked to make a FULL payment 30 days IN ADVANCE by money transfer. Credit card is not possible, deposit is not possible but a full payment in advance. The hotel does not trusted the guests and fear that should they plan to... More
