Good hotel, well situated. Rooms quiet and clean. However TV too high on wall, flat screen very dark unless you were standing up!!! It's only a trivial point I know. Shower in the bath very slippery. We were in room 1 which was virtually underground, so no view but we were out and about so much it wasn't a problem.... More

Do not be put off by the parrot as you enter the hotel. He is a charmer. The rooms are comfortable, kettle provided if asked for. Service friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast good. Bedside lights could do with being more efficient. In all good place to tour Bruges and surrounding area.

Acacia was in perfect location, close to Markt but in quiet side street ideal for a central base. Our room was spacious, bed comfy, and very clean. Staff very helpful, hotel had little quirks which appealed (Coco the parrot, downstairs basement room, not sure if it was ever used but interesting..). Good location within a few minutes walk from the Markt. We had a large front room (with a balcony) with a separate dressing area, bathroom and toilet. The bed was comfortable. There was no kettle or drink making facility in the room but a simple request to Reception resulted in a kettle, cups and tea and coffee that was enough... More

Spent two nights at this hotel and found it ideally located, the room was clean and confortable and the staff were very helpful. We didnt use our breakfast vouchers so can't comment on the quality of the food but based on everything else, including the hotel Parrot Coco out the front, I would recommend this hotel to other travellers to... The location is good, very close to center, and about 8 euro away in taxi from the railway station, but the services not so much. I did not like the internet access (very slow and you have to reconnect to different access points all over hotel), the breakfast was quite poor in diversity. The room had a very strange floor... Lovely hotel in a very convenient location, only yards from the Markt. Staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Went for the superior room which was large and well furnished. Note that tea and coffee tray not in the the room but just ask and it comes right up free of charge.

Recommended by a friend this hotel was nice quiet, clean , friendly staff, and would recommend it note has car parking facilities which is handy for central Bruge, handy for most things bit off trek to Railway station
