Great location in old town and beside a parking garage. A super location to use as a base to explore the city without having to use your car. Quiet and modern but in a place of much beauty and history. Lot's of places to eat nearby.

Clean, quiet, well-priced. Just what you expect from Novotel, within short walk to old city sites. Excellent continental breakfast. Trilingual (French, Flemmish, and English at least) staff, ample parking.

The lobby is newly renovated and looks great but the rooms are the same old Novotel rooms that you see everywhere across the planet. Tired and out of style, but large and functional. This was our third trip to Brugge and our second stay at the Novotel Brugge Centrum. We had a wonderful time, all the hotel staff were extremely pleasant and very helpful and we would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

Nice atmosphere, nice room and spacious conference facilities. There is a free Wi-Fi in the hotel and it seemed to be working quite reliably and was fast enough for any basic internet usage. This hotel is excellent, staff are very friendly, breakfast, a good variety, we didn't eat in the restaurant in the evening as did not appeal to our taste, but it seemed busy every evening. Check in & out, efficient, with a welcoming smile.

We stayed here over Christmas dreadful place dirty food disgusting. Staff very rude but worst of all tell lies. And I'm livid at this hotels like this need to be closed down in now taking this matter to abta as this is not right. Fantastic hotel. Very clean, friendly staff, excellent location to reach the city center also the train station ( both walking distance even with a 4 year old ), great food. I couldn't praise and recommend it enough.
