Nicely situated in quiet road but close to everything, staff friendly and courteous - nothing was to much trouble. Ralph Lauren suite was everything we could have asked for, the breakfast was amazing, far to much to eat and drink. We would diffinately stay again

Excellent small hotel in the heart of Bruges. Would stay again time after time.

The Pand Hotel is well located, elegant and friendly. Our room was comfortable, quiet and nicely decorated. The staff were very helpful with recommendations and keen to make our stay memorable.

Interior of hotel is lovely. Well-decorated sitting areas, bar, and breakfast area. Hotel staff were quite helpful, recommending excellent restaurant. The lift is small, but we did not experience a problem using it for our luggage. Room itself was also lovely and a nice size. New, modern bath. For a hotel of this quality, the bed should be updated, however.

As others have said this is a centrally located hotel and yet it is quiet. We were initially given a room which went off the breakfast room, so that the bathroom was located on the ground floor and you had to go up a long flight of stairs to the bedroom which whilst spacious overlooked a courtyard.
