At arrival the staff of the hotel received us in a smoky bar. After 10 minutes waiting the staff responded very unfriendly (apparently we interrupted the chat). Once in the room, the room was messy and some dirt stains in the bath-room. Furthermore this hotel does not have a own parking.

This hotel needs to be classified as a real dump. Shabby, dirty, full of smoke and full of drunks at the bar that also serves as the check-in area. Pretty bad hotel in Leuven due to the staff behind the desk office. Made reservations weeks before without any problems. Day I arrived, room was available only for 1 day not 2 as stated in the reservation. Room had to be cleaned before I entered.
