Nice hotel next to one of the main canals in Ghent. Very central, close to the lovely boutique designer shops and cafes, bars and restaurants. Nice room with twin beds, everything clean and well presented. Large open atrium where you can have snacks and drinks. Amazing location. There are 2 entrances to the hotel, street-side and canal side. Canal side is extraordinary. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We had 2 rooms which were both comfortable and quiet and ready upon arrival prior to check-in time. Hot water kettles were available in the room. Room service breakfast was inferior. Omelette was overcooked and over-fried. Very disappointing.

This hotel was excellent in every area - location, value for money, service, quality, etc. The rooms are very nice, the breakfast was great and most of all the location is stunning, it is in the heart of the city, Ghent is a very beautiful city, I would recommend this hotel and the city
