Stayed at Horel Astoria as part of a long weekend visiting Gent. Service was great, staff helpful and the owner interesed and engaging. We will stay here again - beds very comfortable and inclusive continental breakfast was excellent. We have stayed in hotels all over Europe and as a 3 star this is up there with the best.

A small hotel run by really friendly people for whom nothing seemed to be too much trouble. They found out which museums were open, they printed out information on anything we asked for, provided a really tasty breakfast with the freshest ingredients in clean and really comfortable rooms.
