An expensive but average hotel, only good thing was the location. Stains on the floor, ripped nets on the window. Asked for breakfast when making the reservation, ended up paying richly for it...not good value for money

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in the newer part at the back. Very good accomodation for a 3 star hotel and the location majic. Certainly would stay there again. Staff were great.
Went for four days and three nights at the Hotel. Good location, good rooms, great breakfast and looked good. Staff very helpful. Thoroughly recommend it as base. On direct tram route to Central Station (Tram 1).
You can't beat the location but a very average hotel. We booked a room with an extra bed for our young Daughter however, the room we had been allocated smelled strongly of sewage! After complaining a new room was found but it only had two single beds. As she is only three, so we just about managed. Breakfast is fine...

My first impression of the room was that perhaps it looked a tiny bit shabby, but it was ok because we were here for my husband's business trip hence his company was paying for it. Knowing how much the room costed, I probably would have minded a lot more if it came out of my pocket.
It was quite clean,...

This is mid November and the mosquitos still had us for a midnight night feast because we left the window open! The staff seemed surprised but looking at previous reviews mossies are a real feature of this hotel. Apart from that the hotel was good, our room in the newish annexe was clean and quite spacious, the bed very comfortable...

I stayed at this hotel with my wife and 2yr old son. We booked the room for 6 nights and moved out after the second night. Many of the rooms do not have screens on the windows and are not air conditioned. The rooms are hot and smelly. The first night we opened the window and we were swarmed with...

We stayed at this hotel in the beautiful city of Ghent at then end of a touring holiday through Germany on our way back to the UK. We've been in Ghent many times before, and the magic of this city makes the decision to return again very easy indeed. There are a few hotels right in the historic heart of...
