As the name suggests Le Terminus is right beside the main train and bus terminal in Mons so it is handy for those, like me, who are just passing through for a night needing to use public transportation the next morning.
There is no real lobby, just a hallway off to the side of the pizza restaurant that doubles for the breakfast room. When leaving the hotel the key is dropped off at the separate door the pizzeria has for hotel guests. The key was then placed behind the cash register.
There is no lift/elevator.
The room was OK. Not particularly spacious but not cramped either. The fixtures, bed, table, bathroom, etc, along with the bare halls and carpeting (both in rooms and halls) make the place feel old. Nevertheless, it was not uncomfortable.
There was some faint cigarette smell in the room but it wasn't significant.
The bathroom was fine though kind of dark - not ideal for shaving - and IIRC there was a problem with the sink...
