Great location - just a quick walk from the Grand Place. Modern, beautiful hotel, with like-new rooms and amenities. Helpful staff. The only drawback was that we had trouble getting the temperature in our room down - but that's not uncommon for European hotels.

THis is a very high quality place. Rooms are modern and refreshing and comfortable. Common areas very nice. Reasonably priced rooms too. Breakfast was outrageously expensive and very definiteyl not worth the cost. A $35USD pp, there simply was no where near the appropraite variety or quality to justify that cost. Staff were extremely pleasant and friendly! The hotel ticks all the boxes, however the menu could be larger and the Internet could be waaaaaaay faster (felt like dial up). I know it's free, but I would of paid more to to get faster Internet Probably wouldnt stay here again because of these small reasons... Sorry

I used booking.com to get the room requesting an early check in. Staff were extremely prompt with a reply email and upon even earlier arrival were kind enough to provide me with a delightful room. Hotel is in a great location, staff are friendly and go the extra mile, highly recommend!

Great hotel in a very central location. The rooms were beautifully decorated, the bed was super comfortable. Bathroom was clean with a huge shower, good toiletries.
