
Upon arrival the place was dirty..dirty in capital letters! The microwave was a health hazard...the oven was extremely dirty, forks and knifes with food pieces, a fridge with sticky food remains, and long hairs on the ground from previous visitors. We are surprised that we received this comment. The flat was recently renovated, well cleaned and refreshed. We also expect to be contacted immediately by our client who has a problem, not by phone three days after the check out, when is too late to find a solution.
